On March 7, 2024, SEEKH Foundation conducted a Menstrual Hygiene Awareness Session for women and adolescent girls in the community. Led by experienced facilitators, the session aimed to break taboos around menstruation and promote health, dignity, and open dialogue. Through interactive discussions, participants learned about menstrual hygiene, proper sanitation practices, and ways to manage their cycles confidently. Sanitary kits were distributed to 60 attendees, ensuring access to essential resources. The session sparked meaningful conversations, with many women expressing their intent to share this knowledge within their families and communities. Personal stories and collective discussions created a safe, empowering space that encouraged learning and solidarity. This initiative reflects SEEKH Foundation’s continued commitment to gender equality and health education, working to build a future where women and girls are informed, confident, and supported.
